At Edgarprints, we want every customer to feel confident about their purchase. If something isn’t right, our return and refund process is simple and transparent. This policy applies exclusively to customers in the United States and explains how we handle returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and customer service.

1. Return Window and Eligibility

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and with tags and packaging intact. A valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt, is required. While this mostly applies to T-shirts, hoodies, and sweaters, any items with hygiene seals (such as undergarments) must be returned unopened with the seal intact.

We accept returns if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. You may also return an item for personal reasons such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind. However, items that are personalized, custom-made, marked as final sale, or are gift cards are not eligible for return unless they arrived defective or incorrect.

2. Return Shipping and Instructions

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged or incorrect item, Edgarprints will cover the return shipping and issue a prepaid label. For all other types of returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable in those cases.

To begin a return or exchange, email us at [email protected] with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and—if the item is damaged or incorrect—a clear photo or video of the product. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, typically within 72 hours of arrival, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If the item meets our return conditions, a refund will be processed.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method if you are returning the item at your own expense. COD (Cash on Delivery) returns are not accepted.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to process and reflect the credit on your account. For general returns (not related to an error on our part), original shipping fees are not refunded.

4. Exchanges

If your item is defective, damaged, or in the wrong size or style, we are happy to offer an exchange. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and ship the replacement after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note, if you are requesting a refund instead of an exchange for the same issue, you will be responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. If your order is already in production or transit after that time, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you are welcome to return the item after delivery in accordance with this return policy.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately within the cancellation window. We cannot guarantee reshipment or refund for items lost due to incorrect address information after shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.
