At Edgarprints, we are committed to providing a fast, transparent, and reliable shipping experience. This policy outlines where we ship, how much it costs, when you can expect your order, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to all regions within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $4.99

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays)

  • Transit Time: 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM (PST) will begin processing the same business day

  • Total Estimated Delivery: Typically 3–7 business days from the time you place your order (includes processing + transit)

Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking information to update.

While we work with trusted shipping carriers and fulfillment partners, Edgarprints remains fully responsible for the successful and timely delivery of your order.

Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy

To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout.

  • Edgarprints is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.

  • If your package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to reship your order.

    Changes are only possible before your order enters the shipping process.

Once your order has shipped, any address changes made directly with the carrier are at your own risk, as we cannot guarantee how the carrier handles such requests. Edgarprints is not liable for lost or delayed shipments caused by unauthorized delivery modifications.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your order securely. If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

  • Contact us at [email protected] within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

  • Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging, if applicable.

  • Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund, provided it has not yet shipped.

  • Orders are held for a short period before fulfillment begins.

  • To cancel your order, email us as soon as possible at [email protected].

  • We will confirm whether the order is still eligible for cancellation.
